• Non-Personalized Products + ESV Bibles: Please allow up to 7–10 business days for production.

• Personalized Products (including Bibles, Bible Covers, Bible Bags, Stanley Wraps, etc.): Please allow up to 2–3 weeks. We do our best to ship sooner, but due to the custom nature of these items, it may take the full time to complete.

🚚 SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship via USPS using First Class Mail, Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or Media Mail (Bibles only). Once your tracking number is provided, the shipping process is out of our hands. For any delays or issues, we recommend reaching out to your local post office directly.

📍 Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can only ship to the address you provide. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the correct address is entered.

📬 Note: First Class Mail does not include insurance.

💌 RETURNED ORDERS

If your order is returned to us by USPS, we’ll refund the subtotal (excluding shipping). If you’d like us to resend the product, a new order will need to be placed, including a new shipping fee.

We want you to love what you receive! Here's what we offer:

• Exchanges: Accepted within 30 days for non-personalized items that are unopened and undamaged. Buyer is responsible for return shipping both ways.

• Returns: Accepted within 30 days for non-personalized items in their original condition. You’ll cover return shipping, and we’ll refund the item price once received and inspected.

• Not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personalized items (including custom Bibles, covers, etc.)

  • Digital products

  • Sticker subscriptions

  • Clothing or hats

  • Sale or last-chance items

🔄 CANCELLATIONS

Because production can start so quickly (within 2 hours), we are unable to cancel, modify, or refund personalized orders once production begins.
